Secretary / Administrator – Corporate Team

Eclectic Recruitment is working with a well-established firm seeking an experienced Secretary/Administrator to join their busy corporate team. This is a full-time, office-based position within a friendly and supportive central Brighton office.
You will provide dedicated support to a senior Partner in Brighton while also assisting the wider fee-earning team in London. The role includes a range of secretarial and administrative tasks, monthly billing, and general file management. While previous secretarial experience within a legal corporate or commercial team is ideal, the firm is open to candidates with relevant experience from other legal disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing secretarial and administrative support to a senior Partner
• Assisting fee-earners with documentation, formatting, and organisation
• Managing monthly billing and associated financial administration
• Maintaining accurate file management and case documentation
• Audio typing and fast, accurate copy typing
• Using case management systems and producing high-quality documents
