This new takeout venue is built for high volume, high vibe service – sass, speed, and snacks, with a side of glitter.
The Role
We're searching for a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager / Duty manager to lead our takeout revolution. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the venue's daily operations – from managing a high-energy team to delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring everything runs like clockwork during busy late-night shifts.
This is a hands-on role – you'll regularly be working in the kitchen alongside your team, leading by example and making sure standards stay sky-high.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and energize a late-night crew to deliver fast, friendly, fabulous service
* Regularly work in the kitchen, supporting with food prep and service
* Oversee food quality, inventory, compliance, and health & safety standards
* Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and staff development
* Handle customer feedback with confidence, humour and professionalism
* Foster a safe, inclusive, and empowering working environment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Kitchen manager in a fast paced environment
* Some experience of customer service
* Solid understanding of late-night operations, food safety, and compliance
* Comfortable working with diverse team members, including drag servers behind the counter
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on, proactive style
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep the vibes high
* Passion for food, team building, and delivering memorable customer experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
