Overview
The role is based in Bromley and Beckenham and reports to the Team Manager/Head of Centre. Leaders, as part of LRG, is a well-established property group across the UK with a reputation for professionalism and client satisfaction in the property market.
Responsibilities
* Carry out detailed Inventory reports to support the check-in/check-out process for tenants and landlords.
* Conduct mid-term inspections to ensure properties are kept in good condition.
* Work as part of a team, with many tasks carried out independently.
* Arrange and book property inspections, aiming for approximately 5–15 inspections or inventories per day.
* Confirm visits prior to attending and manage collection & return of keys from local offices.
* Inspect external condition, communal areas (if applicable), and internal condition; ensure compliance with current legislation and safety standards.
* Complete reports and the approval process, feed back maintenance issues to the property manager, and submit reports to landlords and tenants with a written summary. Schedule follow-ups as needed.
* Provide information and support to the property manager as required.
