Business Development Manager (BDM) – Field and home based
We’re currently partnering with an innovative PropTech business, to recruit a Business Development Manager to support their continued growth and expansion across the market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, relationship-led sales professional who enjoys being out in the field, winning new business, and building long-term partnerships.
Role Details
* Hours: 40 hours per week
* Working pattern: Monday to Friday
* Work location: Field-based / on the road
* Contract: Full-time
* Additional pay: Performance commission + bonus scheme

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, winning, and developing new business opportunities. You’ll play a key part in driving growth, representing the client in the market, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Key responsibilities include:
* Proactively generating new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline
* Identifying and engaging with letting agents to understand their needs
* Confidently presenting and promoting The Lettings Hub’s products and services
* Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
* Building long-term partnerships and supporting ongoing account growth
* Working consistently towards targets, supported by commission and bonus schemes
* Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

You’re likely to be successful if you:
* Have proven experience in business development / field sales (B2B preferred)
* Have a good understanding of lettings
* Are confident influencing decision-makers and building relationships
* Are proactive, organised, and comfortable managing a varied pipeline
* Enjoy working towards targets and are driven by results
* Communicate professionally and represent a brand with confidence
