Become a Retail Store Manager
As a Retail Store Manager, you'll lead your team with energy and enthusiasm. Your goal will be commercial success, combined with creativity and magic, creating memorable moments for customers and inspiring them to cherish our products.

Spend time on the shop floor working alongside your team, driving sales, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Your Mission
* Delight and inspire customers with an exceptional retail experience, leveraging product knowledge and a touch of magic.
* Create a store environment that is fun, friendly, accessible, and inclusive, building a team of retail superheroes.
* Collaborate with other managers and regional teams to share best practices and foster growth.
* Drive sales and performance across all KPIs.
* Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
* Be present on the shop floor, creating a welcoming environment for customers.
* Lead promotional changes and seasonal updates creatively.
* Master product placement, managing high SKU counts effectively.
