Are you the right person for the job?
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident in their communication. The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years’ experience in an accounts or credit control role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication skills—both written and verbal
* A proactive, flexible and positive approach to their role with a focus on improving the customer experience
* The resilience to learn from challenges and confidence to contribute ideas for process improvements
What will your role look like?
As a Sales Ledger / Credit Control Administrator you’ll play a key part in maintaining a healthy sales ledger and supporting the wider credit control function.
Key responsibilities include:
* Monitor the Credit Control Inbox & responding to queries quickly and efficiently
* Investigating and resolving customer disputes within your section of aged debt
* Processing authorised credit notes quickly and accurately
* Post and allocate cash receipts accurately and timely
* Handling credit-stopped new orders and raise invoices as required
* Generation of Credit Control Process letters
* Uploading of invoices to customer external portals when requested
* Collection of payments via Direct Collection system
