They are now seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager - Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) to oversee the effective daily running of their service and support continued growth. Role Overview As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of all patient transport activities. You will provide strong leadership to operational teams, maintain service excellence, optimise resources, and uphold the highest standards of compliance, risk assessments and patient care.
