<ul><li>Fire Alarms</li><li>CCTV Systems</li><li>Intruder Alarms</li><li>Access Control Systems</li></ul></li><li>Ensure all works are completed to industry standards and customer expectations</li><li>Support and mentor junior engineers where required</li><li>Participate in a 1 in 12 call‑out rota</li><li>Complete electronic job reports and documentation</li><li>Deliver a high level of customer service at all times</li></ul><h3>What Were Looking For</h3><ul><li>Previous experience in the Fire & Security industry</li><li>Experience supervising or supporting engineers is advantageous</li><li>Strong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems</li><li>Good fault‑finding and diagnostic skills</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li><li>Strong communication and customer‑facing skills</li><li>FIA/Tavcom training is beneficial but not essential</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Company EV van (available for personal use)</li><li>Company phone and laptop</li><li>£2,000 annual KPI bonus paid quarterly</li><li>Overtime paid after 40 hours:
