Holiday Sales Manager Join our team at the Runnymede on Thames, part of the Warner Hotels Group. Opening as a Warner in 2024, this beautiful hotel on the River Thames near Windsor offers award-winning spa facilities, restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. Salary: 40,000 - 41,000 dependent on experience. Who are we? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Holiday Sales Manager at Warner Hotels. What will I be doing? Overseeing both reception and holiday sales, you will lead a team of up to 20 to ensure that our guest journey is effortless from beginning to end. This includes making sure all guest information is prepared prior to check in and departure, but also to maximise sales throughout their stay and beyond by provide informative and advice on the hotels experiences from Afternoon Tea to Gin Tasting. Whilst also allowing our guests to talk in confidence with you and book their next break. What are we looking for? An inspirational leader who drives their team to deliver a great guest experience. A leader who has experience of sales and target setting. Someone who can instil confidence in the team to actively sell extra experiences prior to the guests stay. An individual with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage your leaders and team, even in times of high demand. What skills do I need? Experience of overseeing a busy reception desk. Able to work to a sales target. Financial knowledge with the ability to manage sales in line budgets. Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.
