Overview
We are looking for a committed and organised administrator to work within OTR’s Therapeutic Services team to offer efficient and friendly administrative support to the team and to young people engaging with OTR’s Therapeutic Services.
The post-holder will be crucial to the development and ongoing delivery of our 1:1 therapies service, supporting the team’s record keeping, data management and monitoring processes, and further developing and maintaining effective and sustainable administrative processes and systems relating to the service.
The successful candidate will also be accountable for managing the service’s waiting list and clinical diaries, communicating directly with young people accessing our service (and their parents and carers) to handle general enquiries and book appointments with our staff and volunteer Therapists.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient administrative support to the Therapeutic Services team and to young people engaging with the service.
* Support the development and delivery of the 1:1 therapies service, including record keeping, data management, and monitoring processes.
* Develop and maintain administrative processes and systems relating to the service.
* Manage the service waiting list and clinical diaries.
* Communicate with young people and their parents/carers to handle general enquiries and book appointments with staff and volunteer Therapists.
Qualifications and Skills
* Committed and organised administrator with strong communication and coordination skills.
* Experience in administrative support, data management, and diary management is desirable.
