This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to step into a technically strong, externally facing role with exposure to statutory and regulatory reporting within a dynamic environment.
You'll join a collaborative finance team and work closely with senior stakeholders, auditors, and external advisers, gaining valuable experience across a growing group structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with statutory financial reporting for individual entities and group consolidation under FRS 102 and IAS
Support technical accounting projects, including researching accounting treatments and implementing reporting or process changes
Contribute to year-end close activities, including journals, audit deliverables, and internal audit processes
Assist with FCA regulatory returns
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
Act as a key contributor to external audit workstreams
Support ad-hoc finance and reporting projects as required
About You:
Newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
Strong academic background with relevant experience in financial services or audit
Solid understanding of FRS 102 and IAS
Confident communicator, able to liaise with auditors, advisers, and internal stakeholders
Naturally inquisitive, detail-oriented, and keen to grow professionally
Experience of NetSuite is advantageous but not essential
