Skilled in commercial management support functions including subcontractor engagement, contract administration, applications for payment, valuations, variation assessments, and delay and disruption claims. Demonstrated capability in upstream commercial management-pricing, forecasting, and managing change control processes-while ensuring compliance with project and client requirements. Works effectively under the guidance of a Commercial Manager, contributing to the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
