A successful Housekeeper will be friendly, detail-oriented, able to remain calm under pressure, and respond promptly to guest needs. As a key member of the team, you’ll work collaboratively to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Your duties will include cleaning rooms to high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, manage stocks of linen, towels, and supplies effectively, and aim to create memorable guest experiences.
