National Account Manager – High-Growth Sports & Well-Being Brand

Home based


* £50,000 - £55,000
* £10,000 bonus potential
* £5,000 car allowance or company car

We’re on the hunt for a driven, commercially-minded National Account Manager to help us accelerate growth in the UK grocery channel. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and have a “get it done” attitude, this could be your next big move.


💥 What You’ll Be Doing


You’ll take ownership of key grocery accounts, building strong partnerships and driving performance across distribution, visibility, and profitability. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be empowered to make decisions, execute plans, and bring ideas to life.


* Lead and grow relationships with major grocery customers
* Own the P&L and deliver against ambitious commercial targets
* Activate plans that drive volume, value, and brand presence
* Seek out new opportunities and relentlessly pursue execution
* Collaborate across teams to shape and deliver the wider commercial strategy


🧠 What You Bring


You’re a self-starter with a sharp commercial mind and a passion for building something meaningful. You’re comfortable making quick decisions, love a challenge, and know how to turn data into action.


* Proven experience in UK grocery or FMCG sales
* Strong negotiation and customer management skills
* Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident with Excel
* Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset
* Entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger to grow
