Our client is expanding their aerospace division and needs a Tech Services Administrator to support mission-critical operations and elevate customer experience during a key transition period.

Your Responsibilities as part of the team
As part of Salesforce Administration, you will manage inboxes for Technical Publications & Support, validate customer accounts and domains, assign and update Salesforce cases, and support PHConnect sign-ups and document access. In Document Migration & Editing, you will assist in migrating technical publications from UltraCSDB to HiCo, edit military tech pub documents using SGML tools such as PTC Arbortext and Framemaker, and create and update illustrations in IsoDraw.
What You Bring to the Table
You should have experience with Salesforce case management and be familiar with SGML editing tools and technical illustration software. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
