Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to support the day-to-day running and continuous improvement of our HR systems and people data capability. This is a hands-on and reporting-focused role, working closely with HR, People Ops, IT and business stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, effective workflows, and high-quality insights.
The ideal contractor will be analytical, logical in approach, adaptable, and confident engaging across all levels of the organisation. You’ll bring strong Workday Core HCM experience alongside broader HR systems exposure and a proactive service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide BAU support for Workday (Core HCM) including data integrity, process troubleshooting, and user support.
2. Partner with HR/People teams and wider stakeholders to resolve system issues, manage requests, and deliver solutions efficiently.
