This is an Expression of Interest to join Stantec as a Project Planner in our Major Projects Delivery team.
Responsibilities
* Instrumental in all project phases—from pre-construction and design to final delivery.
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
* Collaborate with a national team of project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
You will have the opportunity to work on Southern Water’s Professional Services Framework and Thames Water’s Asset, Capital & Engineering Framework.
The role can be based from any of our offices in the region, including London, Reading, High Wycombe, Southampton, Brighton, King’s Hill & Cambridge.
About You
You will be highly skilled in managing complex projects & programmes using Primavera P6 and have the ability to lead programmes autonomously providing value through consulting. You will be happy working collaboratively with a wide variety of stakeholders and have the capability to share your knowledge and mentor less experienced colleagues.
* Experience managing change within D&C in P6 in accordance with the contract and client requirements.
* Solid understanding of D&C sequencing and interfaces.
* Familiarity with NEC 3 and NEC 4 contracts.
* Previous experience in the water sector is beneficial but not essential.
