The Role

This role requires a results driven Head of Sales to lead business development, deliver ambitious revenue targets, and drive growth. The position oversees a small sales and events team, working in close collaboration with marketing, finance, and operations, while representing the business at high profile events including the Monaco and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Proven experience in premium hospitality sales, ideally within Formula 1, along with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and identify new opportunities to diversify and expand the business.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive revenue growth across the business.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities, while nurturing and maximising the value of existing accounts, including converting non-trade clients into key accounts.
* Regular team check-ins and performance reviews
* Act as theprimary point of contactfor key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction at all stages.
* Manage and reporton sales pipelines, leads, KPIs, and key account/trade metrics through Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
* Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales activity with client deliverables, campaigns, and budgets.
* Seek and develop additional opportunitiesto add value to the Red Eye Events portfolio.
* Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new sales team members as required.


What You’ll Bring

* Comprehensive Experience in B2B sales, ideally within events, hospitality, or luxury services (sporting sector experience advantageous).
* Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets and growing key client relationships.
* Confident and polished in client-facing roles at high-end events and networking environments.
* Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring sales teams.
* Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
* A love of Formula 1 and general Sport will be an advantage.
