We are currently recruiting for a Temp Payroll Administrator to join a well-established company based in Alderley Edge. Working as part of a small but busy payroll team, you will play a key role in providing administrative support and ensuring payroll records are accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing administration support to the Payroll Assistants and helping update systems and records
2. Inputting confidential payroll data accurately
3. Managing and updating annual leave requests and ensuring records are correct
4. Answering incoming calls and taking messages
5. Filing, photocopying and scanning documents
6. Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
7. Strong administration and organisational skills
8. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
9. Good numeracy skills
10. The ability to learn new systems quickly
11. A discreet and professional approach when handling highly confidential information
