Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning of communal areas within blocks of flats
2. Removing small dumped items and bin bags to the collection area
3. Reporting large items for bulk removal
4. Sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors, and other fixtures and fittings
5. Litter picking and carpet cleaning in residential communal areas
6. Driving around Eastleigh and surrounding areas
