The Role
Manage and maintain a portfolio of SME clients across various industries
Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business inquiries
Use Acturis daily to process policies and manage client records efficiently
Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best outcomes for clients
Build strong client relationships, providing expert advice and a high level of service
Who They're Looking For
Experienced Commercial Account Handler with knowledge of SME insurance policies
Strong proficiency in Acturis
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client service
Ability to manage a varied workload and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
