We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. Duties
* Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs
* Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as required
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
* Help with serving meals during busy periods
* Support catering events by preparing food items as directed
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
* Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Experience
* No Previous experience in a kitchen needed
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices
* Good knife skilles
