WHAT TO EXPECT
* Leading and developing maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
* Delivering equipment uptime by managing breakdown response and ensuring safe, efficient fault resolution.
* Creating and managing planned preventative maintenance programmes to optimise performance and reliability.
* Partnering with cross‑functional teams to achieve quality and volume targets while improving operational performance.
* Driving environmental and health and safety initiatives, supporting sustainable and responsible manufacturing.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
* Demonstrating experience managing maintenance teams within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
* Applying strong mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, ideally within automated production settings.
* Using logical problem‑solving techniques to resolve complex technical challenges.
* Understanding health and safety, quality systems and environmental practices within industrial environments.
* Holding a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience.
