Five Education is working with a welcoming primary school in Melksham that is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their SEND resource base. This specialist provision supports pupils with complex needs in small, supportive classes, allowing staff to provide personalised learning and care.

Role and Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils with complex learning and communication needs
* Working within small class groups in the school\u2019s resource base
* Assisting the teacher with adapted lessons and learning activities
* Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
* Helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with children with SEND (in schools or similar settings)
* A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning
* A team player who works well with teachers and other support staff
* Patient, resilient, and committed to helping pupils thrive
* Passion for making a real difference to children with additional needs
Note: If you do not have a Non-Voluntary Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, Five Education can help process a new one at a cost of \u00a362.70. This will be refunded after 20 days of work with us.

Pay: Five Education operates a PAYE payroll; this is the most transparent way to be paid with no hidden fees such as admin fee or employer\u2019s NI. Pay rate is illustrative and includes holiday pay.
