Our client, a leading accident repair group with a strong reputation within the UK automotive industry, is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join their well-established bodyshop in Littlehampton. Replacing or repairing vehicle panels to high standards, ensuring precise and quality workmanship
Planning work schedules, ordering parts, and managing repairs to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product and technical innovations in the automotive body repair industry
Providing excellent customer service to foster customer loyalty and generate referrals
Organising and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment as a Panel Beater
Collaborating with colleagues to uphold workshop productivity and quality standardsRequirements:
Full UK driving licence is essential
Ideally NVQ Level 3 qualified or ATA Panel Technician certification
Proven experience in a fast-paced automotive bodyshop environment
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work within set timeframes
Own fully equipped toolbox is preferred
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, proactive attitude
