About the Role: You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating students of all abilities across all year groups (Years 7-11) through engaging and challenging PE lessons. This includes: Planning and delivering a stimulating PE curriculum that aligns with the National Curriculum for Physical Education. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and a healthy lifestyle. Identifying and nurturing sporting talent, encouraging students to participate in school teams and competitions. Contributing to the development of the school's PE curriculum and resources. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Physical Education is essential. A proven track record of delivering high-quality PE education to secondary school students. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of all ages and backgrounds. The ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment that fosters a love of sport and physical activity. A strong commitment to promoting health and well-being in young people.
