Royal London offers an exciting opportunity to modernise and drive adoption of the Dynamics platform within the organisation. As the technology landscape evolves, solutions must adapt to leverage new developments.
Supporting the Engagement Services area, Solution Architects will create solutions aligned with strategic goals, ensuring business outcomes and requirements are clearly understood. Solutions may involve changes to business processes, operating models, applications, infrastructure, or third-party services.
Responsibilities
1. Work with the Principal Architect to understand the strategic roadmap and design solution architectures to implement it.
2. Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements.
3. Manage architecture design through governance processes.
4. Present solutions in design forums and stakeholder meetings.
5. Coordinate with other architecture disciplines to ensure comprehensive designs.
6. Support engineering teams from detailed software designs through to implementation and maintenance.
7. Update enterprise architecture tooling with new technologies and designs.
8. Serve as the D365 and Power Platform expert for the group.
Qualifications and Skills
1. Experience in financial services projects, especially migrations and consolidations of legacy applications.
2. Recent experience in solution architecture with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
3. Knowledge of D365 Sales, Customer Insights Journeys, or Customer Service modules.
4. Familiarity with CoPilot within the D365 stack.
5. Experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure and .NET, is advantageous.
6. Inquisitive mindset towards new industry developments.
7. Strong communication skills and adaptability for stakeholders at all levels.
8. Ability to build consensus across different areas or work independently with diverse stakeholders.
