Your new role
As a Finance Officer, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the finance function, ensuring that transactions are processed accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Daily reconciliations of customer funding and collection accounts
2. Processing supplier invoices and staff expenses, including payments
3. Oversight of thepany card system
4. Assisting with monthly management accounts preparation
5. Supporting accurate cash management and maintaining financial data integrity
6. Contributing to ad-hoc finance projects and process improvements
This role offers exposure to loan servicing, funding structures, and financial reporting processes—ideal for someone looking to build a solid foundation in finance.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Experience in financial accounting or bookkeeping
8. Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and cash management processes
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large data sets
10. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
11. Organised, methodical approach with good time management
12. Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
13. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
14. Knowledge of financial services products (desirable)
