Join a dedicated team in Wiltshire as a Working At Heights Operative, ensuring safe maintenance and installations across varied elevated environments.
Day to day you will be responsible for -
* Conducting maintenance, repairs, and installations at height on buildings and infrastructures
* Inspecting safety equipment and following rigorous safety procedures
* Assisting with risk assessments and implementing control measures for working at heights
* Operating access systems such as scaffolds, ladders, and mobile platforms
* Completing detailed reports on work carried out and safety checks
* Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and urgent repair requests
You will bring to the role -
* Proven experience in working at heights or similar manual roles
* Valid qualification or certification in working at heights (e.g., IPAF, PASMA, or similar)
* Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
* Physical fitness suitable for manual handling and working in elevated environments
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Full UK manual driving licence, you'll be provided with a van
It'll be great if you have experience with rope access or advanced safety systems.
