We're Hiring: Continuous Improvement Assistant @ Totally Local Company
This role will have a big impact on the future of our company!
We are looking for someone to join our Continuous Improvement Team who is detail focussed, able to simplify the complex, and enjoys collaborating with others to drive positive change.
This role will include documenting workflows, reviewing standard operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, and finding effective solutions.
Working with the Continuous Improvement Manager this person will help to provide essential support with evolving systems and processes to improve efficiency and operational performance.
The role is based out of our head office at Endeavour House in Bredbury but you may be required to work from our other locations within the Stockport Borough depending on the business need.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of continuous improvement projects, such as implementing new processes or streamlining existing workflows.
Assist in the drafting and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality records, and logs.
Collect and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and track performance metrics.
Assist in the production of operational dashboards and reports to provide visibility to senior leadership.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by supporting change management initiatives and providing feedback.
Work collaboratively with other teams within the business to understand challenges and implement solutions.

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an operational environment
* Previous exposure to process mapping and visualisation tools
Experience with quality monitoring and reporting systems
