Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cheltenham for a Head Housekeeper. The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. Duties include managing laundry services, coordinating with other departments for seamless guest experiences, training and supervising housekeeping staff, and maintaining organized records and inventories.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Laundry and Organization Skills
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Training and supervising staff
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
* Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred
