General Manager – Up to 50k – January Start
We're on the lookout for a General Manager with experience running food‑led sites for the Bear in Oxshott, as we look forward to investing in a stunning refurbishment in Spring 2026. The Bear is situated on the main street of one of the most desirable villages to live in Surrey, and has a reputation for fantastic food and service.
We are looking for someone who has experience running food‑led premium businesses – you should be used to working with fresh food, be passionate about delivering a phenomenal guest experience and above all else be people centric. The Bear gets plenty of visitors who come for a meal, although it is of course a village pub – so the General Manager needs to be able to wow the locals as much as those who drive and dine!
This is a live out role and fresh food experience is essential.
Running a Pub for Young's
