What you will do: * Undertake Children and Families assessments CA 89, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. * Provide comprehensive Child in Need and child protection plans, including chairing relevant meetings. * Engage with children and young people, particularly those with communication difficulties, to assess risks and identify suitable short break services. * Manage Children in Care and maintain their care plans effectively. * Handle court work as necessary, ensuring all legal requirements are met. * Develop and implement Transition Plans for young adults.
