Staff are required to provide pharmaceutical supplies from the Vaccine Services Department at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary to a variety of destinations throughout NHS Grampian. Duties involve medicines assembly, labelling, dispensing and stock control.
Previous experience is not necessary, as training will be provided. Applicants should be conscientious, reliable, physically fit and have an interest in healthcare services. The successful applicant will work under technician supervision. Pharmacy Services Level 2 will be required to be attained if not already held.
Public Holiday and weekend working will be required on a rota basis.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
