A long x2011;established manufacturer is looking for an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance and performance of machinery across a busy production site.
If you enjoy fast x2011;paced environments, varied engineering challenges and keeping equipment running at its best, this role will suit you well.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Planned and reactive maintenance to keep production equipment running smoothly
* Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults quickly to minimise downtime
* Identify improvement opportunities and help strengthen preventative maintenance routines
* Coordinate with production teams to plan service work and machine downtime
* Support new machinery installations and ensure all work meets safety standards
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production setting
* Recognised electrical qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3, HNC/ONC, 18th Edition)
* Strong electrical skills with solid mechanical capability
* PLC fault x2011;finding experience and strong communication skills across all levels
