If you take pride in delivering high-quality work and preparing vehicles to an exceptional standard, this could be the perfect role for you.Key Responsibilities: Preparing vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and primingEnsuring surfaces are properly cleaned, filled, and ready for sprayingIdentifying and addressing imperfections before paintingWorking to agreed deadlines while maintaining a high standard of finishFollowing all health and safety procedures in the workshopSupporting the paint team to ensure efficient workflowRequirements: Previous experience as a Vehicle Prepper or similar role in a body shopStrong understanding of surface preparation techniques and materialsKeen attention to detail and a focus on qualityAbility to work independently or as part of a teamReliability and a strong work ethic are essentialSalary: £28,000 £40,000 per annum depending on experience??
