“Great Seafood and Good Times” We are a family-owned seafood specialist, sourcing premium sustainable seafood for over 20 years. Our story began with our co-founders Ben and Robin becoming oyster merchants. This has developed into the UK’s leading seafood supplier, Wright Brothers wholesale, supplying over 500 restaurants across the UK. Most recently we have launched our online fishmonger, Wright Brothers at Home, supplying that same quality seafood direct to your door nationwide. We are proud to have three London restaurants of our own located in the iconic neighbourhoods of Battersea Power Station, Borough Market and South Kensington. Borough Market is where it all began back in 2005, and where we have been delivering great seafood and good times ever since. We are now looking for a charismatic, energetic and experienced Bar Supervisor to work with the management team and lead our bar team in delivering exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Lead from the front, creating a positive and high-performing bar environment while delivering a warm, memorable guest experience. • Support recruitment, training and development of the bar team, assisting with interviews, trial shifts and onboarding. • Ensure all drinks are prepared to recipe specification, confidently delivering classics and signature cocktails. • Build strong knowledge of our food and wine menus to guide guests and support the wider FOH team with pairings and recommendations. • Assist with ordering, maintain par levels and complete accurate stock takes and F&B system inputs. • Monitor stock control, reduce wastage and ensure all drinks are correctly accounted for through the tills. • Oversee daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures. • Plan ahead for service, anticipating busy periods, stock requirements and team coverage to ensure smooth operations. WHO YOU WILL BE: · A natural motivator – positive, professional and confident in leading from the front. · An experienced bartender with supervisory experience in a fast-paced, premium casual environment. · Passionate about drinks, with strong cocktail knowledge and an interest in wine and pairing. · Commercially aware, organised and detail-oriented when it comes to stock and controls. · A team player who thrives in a busy service and takes pride in delivering memorable guest experiences.
