Zero2Five are proud to be working with a quality Day Nursery based in Colliers Wood, who are looking for a passionate and committed Room Leader to join their experienced and motivated team in providing a safe, fun, stimulating and motivating environment to help each child reach their full potential.
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years Qualification
* Experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years
* Must have at least 1 year experience in a nursery
Responsibilities
* Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and a child-centred approach to the care provided in accordance with nursery policies, procedures, current legislation, the EYFS, and registration requirements
* Encourage the participation and involvement of all parents of children attending the nursery and their child’s development
* Promote the high standards of the nursery at all times to parents, staff and visitors
* Actively encourage children’s progress in all areas of development, types, and stages of play, by interaction and extension of play activities
* Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times
* Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
* Support and supervise other staff within your room
