Our client is a leading health drink brand with around 20 years in the space and 14 million sales annually. They are now looking to expand their commercial team, bringing on board a new National Account Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
* Design and implement tailored account strategies to boost revenue and meet defined objectives.
* Establish and nurture effective relationships with decision-makers and influencers across priority client portfolios.
* Oversee commercial negotiations and partnership agreements to secure advantageous terms.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams—such as branding, innovation, and logistics—to align on client goals and ensure seamless execution.
* Assess performance metrics, industry developments, and client input to spot areas for expansion and enhancement.
* Continuously review account health and take proactive steps to address challenges and maintain momentum.
* Provide stakeholders with detailed performance insights and strategic direction through regular reporting.
* Guide and empower junior colleagues, encouraging a team culture focused on collaboration and high achievement.
About You:
* 4+ years of experience in client or account management, preferably within the consumer goods or retail sector
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with large retail partners
* Skilled in influencing stakeholder decisions and driving commercial outcomes
* Strong multitasking abilities with a track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Reliable and collaborative, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
* Demonstrated experience supporting the operational requirements of major retail accounts
* Technologically proficient with a solid understanding of retail operations and systems
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
