Banking Lawyer – Edinburgh or Glasgow (Assignment 16576)
1. Join a national firm’s expanding Banking team advising on multi-jurisdictional financing transactions across sectors.
2. Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security and intercreditor documents, and manage live lending transactions.
3. 2–6 years’ PQE required with experience liaising with borrowers, lenders, or investors; exposure to leveraged, real estate, corporate and ABL finance.
Banking & Finance Associate/Senior Associate – Edinburgh (Assignment 15363)
4. Join a top-ranked Banking & Finance team advising on fund finance, leveraged/acquisition finance, real estate finance, and restructuring.
5. Work on high-profile UK and cross-border deals with strong training, career progression, and dual-qualification opportunities.
6. 4+ years’ PQE required with strong drafting skills, commercial awareness, and a collaborative approach; hybrid working available.
Finance & Banking Lawyers – London (Assignment 18155)
7. Join a leading US firm’s top-tier London Finance team handling high-end global mandates across leveraged finance, syndicated lending, fund finance, structured finance, and restructuring.
8. Early responsibility and strong client exposure within a collaborative, high-performing team.
9. 1–4 years’ PQE in finance/banking law; $210k–$280k salary plus bonus and strong career progression.
Banking, Senior Associate/Partner – Glasgow/Edinburgh (Assignment 13242)
10. Senior hire for a growing Banking & Finance practice acting for lenders and borrowers across corporate, acquisition, real estate, project, energy, and restructuring finance.
11. Focus on corporate and transactional banking matters within a fast-paced, expanding team.
12. Senior Associate/Partner level with strong banking experience and interest in business development.
Banking Associate – Aberdeen (Assignment 16890)
13. Join an international firm’s Corporate & Leveraged Finance team advising on leveraged/acquisition finance, corporate lending, TMT and funds finance.
14. Draft and negotiate finance documents, manage lending transactions, and support cross-office UK deals.
15. 3–6 years’ PQE in banking law required; fintech experience desirable but not essential; competitive salary and benefits.
