Based in London with hybrid flexibility, they're now hiring two Paid Media Executives to strengthen campaign execution across either Search or Social. Key Responsibilities: Set up, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google or Meta platforms. Monitor performance, manage budgets, and run A/B testing. Support Account Managers with insights, reporting, and client communications. Participate in campaign analysis to identify growth opportunities. Stay up to date with platform updates and share learnings internally. Essential Experience: 1 - 2 years' experience in Paid Media, with operational knowledge of Google or Meta Ads. Understanding of ecommerce/DTC campaigns and key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC). Confident in managing budgets and analysing campaign data. Highly organised with strong time management skills. Comfortable contributing to team discussions and fast-paced projects. Salary: £25,000 - £32,000
