In this role, you will take responsibility for projects from initial feasibility studies through to completion. You will be hands-on in preparing structural calculations, producing design drawings, and ensuring that projects meet technical, safety, and quality standards. With the support of an experienced team, you will play an active part in liaising with architects, contractors, and clients, ensuring smooth delivery at every stage of the process.
They are seeking someone with demonstrable experience in structural design across multiple materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. A strong working knowledge of AutoCAD is essential, while experience with Revit and BIM processes will be a distinct advantage. Beyond technical ability, they value excellent communication skills, strong time management, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys variety in their work and thrives on contributing to both the detail of design and the bigger picture of project delivery.
