This is a pivotal generalist role where you'll provide expert advice and hands-on support in employee relations and recruitment, helping managers lead effectively in a fast-paced operational setting.You will support the full employee lifecycle, strengthen recruitment activity and contribute to a positive compliant workplace culture within Sodexo.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee RelationsServe as the first point of contact for managers on absence and employee relations mattersManage disciplinary, grievance, investigation, and absence cases from start to finishProvide practical, compliant advice aligned with policy and employment lawProactively manage cases to reduce risk and operational impactRecruitment & HR SupportCoordinate recruitment from approval through onboardingCollaborate with hiring managers and resourcing teams to attract top talentSupport recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and local attraction initiativesMaintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reportsContribute to HR projects, data analysis, and continuous improvementDeputise for the HR Business Partner when requiredAbout YouYou will be organised, resilient, confident and able to work with stakeholders at all levels.Essential:HR experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationshipsHigh level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft OfficeDesirable:CIPD qualified or working towards qualificationExperience with SAP HR systemsWhy Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career in a unique and rewarding environment.
