KS2 Teacher Location: Stechford, Birmingham B33Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS)Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)Start Date: 01/09/2026 Contract: Long-term, temp-to-permWe are working with a friendly and established primary school in Stechford to appoint a dedicated KS2 Teacher for the upcoming academic year. The school is keen to hear from teachers with experience in either Lower or Upper Key Stage 2 and is equally happy to consider motivated ECTs eager to develop within a nurturing environment.This is a full-time position for the full academic year, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the successful candidate. * Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging lessons
* Adapt teaching to suit the needs of pupils
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting support where needed
* Create a positive and structured classroom environment
* Work closely with colleagues, support staff and SLT
* Build strong relationships with parents and carers
* Support pupils through key transitions and preparation for SATs where applicable

* QTS
* Experience teaching within KS2
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils academically and socially
