We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning styles.
* Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
* Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, including tests, assignments, and observations.
* Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
* Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance educational programmes and initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and behaviour.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain records efficiently.
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
* Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes, including interactive whiteboards and educational software.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in the classroom effectively.
