An established Ipswich firm is seeking a full-time office legal and Notary Assistant to join our team. This is an office-based role. Training will be provided. The Role: · Assisting with the management of transaction files from instruction to completion · Preparing documentation and correspondence · Liaising via email with clients and third parties. · Supporting staff to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. Essential Criteria (Applications without these will not be considered) · Ability to work independently and take initiative · Good organisational skills and attention to detail · Confident communication skills – able to send out emails and letters without grammatical errors and typos.
