A well-established organisation within the housebuilding and property sector is looking to appoint a Customer Support Coordinator to join their busy Customer Services function. This is a key support role ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and maintaining high standards of customer service across operational queries.

The Role
You will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Customer Services team, acting as a key point of contact for internal queries and ensuring issues are handled efficiently and professionally.
* Handling inbound calls and emails from internal stakeholders, including site teams and regional offices
* Managing customer and internal enquiries relating to orders, pricing, product availability, damaged goods, and delivery timelines
* Processing and maintaining orders accurately on internal systems
* Keeping stakeholders updated on the status of queries and ensuring clear communication throughout
* Escalating complaints where required and ensuring timely resolution
* Supporting departmental administration, filing, and reporting requirements
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure service levels and KPIs are met
* Supporting continuous improvement by identifying more efficient ways of working
About You
You’ll be a confident communicator who thrives in a busy, structured environment and enjoys solving problems quickly and effectively.
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or support environment
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Ability to stay calm, organised, and resilient under pressure
* Comfortable working independently as well as part of a wider team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience within construction, housebuilding, or a similar operational environment would be beneficial
