Location: Poole, Dorset

Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm & Friday 7.30am – 1pm
Job Description
An established manufacturing company is expanding. The role is a permanent Sales Administrator based at their busy, friendly office in Poole. The main focus is accurate data entry and processing customer orders, ensuring the database reflects correct information.
Responsibilities
* Process, update and amend customer orders on a daily basis.
* Ensure all orders are correctly entered into the in‑house database.
* Make changes to orders and communicate stock, prices and delivery information to customers.
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
* Resolve stock availability or delivery issues promptly.
* Keep customers informed about order status, delivery dates and pricing schedules.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an order processing role or similar.
* Ability to manage large volumes of work accurately and timely.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent customer‑service skills.
* Working knowledge of email, Word, Excel and related spreadsheets.
* Positive, cheerful personality capable of working independently and as part of a team.
