The role of Relief Concierge involves assisting with housing management functions at the Lifehouse and serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and service users. Axholme House is a 32-bed Lifehouse for homeless males and females over the age of 25 with complex needs.
Additional Salary Information: 10% night work allowance
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
1. Providing excellent customer service and managing front of house operations efficiently.
2. Creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and team members.
3. Having knowledge of relevant legislation related to Health and Safety and safeguarding policies.
4. Demonstrating strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
