Vertu BMW Motorrad Shipley We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team at Vertu BMW Motorrad Shipley, representing one of the world’s most respected premium motorcycle brands. As Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team by building and presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions following qualification. You will ensure full compliance with all financial and insurance regulations while delivering a professional, transparent and customer‑focused experience that reflects the BMW Motorrad brand. You will support the delivery of the Group’s controlled ActiveSales process and help drive departmental performance through daily sales activity and direct customer interaction. The role is heavily customer‑facing, involving both first and second-facing activity. Working closely with Sales Executives, you will support the sale of new and used BMW Motorrad motorcycles alongside a range of add‑on products including finance solutions, extended warranties, paint protection, GAP insurance and other insurance products, always ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and brand standards. It is essential that the successful candidate can demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, excel at relationship building, negotiating skills, posses excellent communication, and have the proven ability to use your own initiative. You will also be required to have a full and valid UK Driving Licence. You also need to have: Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
